This list is available to families and businesses in need of bio-hazardous
removal, cleaning, and restoration services as well as referrals to other services
which may be needed by the survivors.
Our telephone number is a one-stop referral listing service which is monitored
24 hours daily, 7 days per week.
The telephone number is provided free of charge to all in need of these
services. Our member organizations agree to provide help to victims with filing
paperwork (e.g insurance, victim fund, etc.) in addition to cleaning and
restoration services.

The NC Association of Crime and Trauma Scene Professionals offers consumers utilizing
the referral listings two valuable services:
- Consumers have recourse – Our Association offers consumers a place to complain
and a system to get resolutions to their problems with listed companies. Our
Association acts as a repository of insurance, bonding, and owner contact
information for each listed company which can be provided to the consumer.
- Our listed companies are continually monitored – We request feedback from
consumers on our listed companies and keep a close watch on how they are
conducting their business. Negative feedback is reviewed with our listed companies
and can result in removal from our referral list.
Our background checks include the Better Business Bureau, Civil and Criminal Court
Records, Credit Reports, Suppliers, References, and proprietary search methods exclusive
to our Association. In addition, we systematically refer consumers to listed companies in
order to provide unbiased referrals.
